Mind-Body Discovery Session
The Mind-Body Discovery Session is an introductory meeting that will teach you more about the seven main chakras and determine which chakras are out of alignment within your body, what the potential causes are, and tools on how to begin your journey of healing and self-discovery.
​Combining meditation, intuitive Reiki and an in-depth discussion about your goals, this is the first step in making peace with and stepping into your authentic self.

Mind-Body Transformation Series
Following the work done in the introductory Mind-Body Discovery Session, the The Mind-Body Transformation Series is an 8-week concentrated program which expands on the imbalances and misalignments of the seven main chakras in the body. Incorporating previous tools and combining Reiki with hatha yoga, these in-depth and focused sessions will further help to clear away remaining blockages, allowing for Universal Love to flow within.

Intuitive Energy Healing
Includes various healing modalities such as Reiki, Sound Healing, Psychic Messages and Life Coaching. I am intuitively guided on what best suits you in the
present moment.

before and after the 60 min healing treatment)
Yoga Instruction
Are you just beginning your yoga journey or are you looking to expand your practice?
I offer trauma informed private and group instruction, personalizing each session to include hatha, vinyasa and/or kundalini yoga. Together we will focus on the emotional and spiritual connection you have with yourself and the world around you.

Oracle Card Reading
Do you need clarification or an understanding of a specific area of your life? Are you unsure of what direction you need to take? Oracle card readings are a wonderful tool for insight into different parts of your physical, emotional and spiritual world.

And while not the intended focus of the reading, messages from loved ones on the other side might also find their way into the session.

Reiki and Raindrop
Combined with Intuitive Reiki, this non-invasive approach uses a sequence of safely, and appropriately diluted, high-quality essential oils dispensed from a bottle as small, rain-like drops approximately six inches above the back.

This service combines the benefits of energy work, aromatherapy and topical oil application fora deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience.
