About Crystal Heiderich...
Crystal has had her own life journey through the symptoms of: anorexia, bulimia, anxiety and depression. She now sees these symptoms as the reasons why she is a Life and Wellness Coach today. Crystal and her family sought many forms of alternative medicine to help. Treatment centers, Counselors, Naturopaths, eating disorder workshops, Homeopathy, Reiki, intuitive energy work, Shamanism, along with others were all catalysts to her healing. But even after the continual search, Crystal still felt extremely broken and hopeless that life could be more then just a number on a scale and the avoidance of the next meal.

It wasn't until she decided to stop searching to be fixed and to love herself unconditionally that things changed. Through the power of the LifeLine TechniqueTM, her desire to look in the mirror and love what she saw, she slowly reclaimed herself. She felt the feeling of freedom for the first time. She felt how to love for the first time. She knew that it all started and ended with her. Now that she loves and accepts who she is she has attracted an amazing partner, a life of possibilities, and a flourishing career that she is passionate about!

Crystal knows and understands firsthand that recovery from any addiction is a daily process which comes with many learning opportunities. She now sees everything and everyone as an opportuinity to love herself more. She believes that the most important relationship in the world is the one with herself. This is the key to unlocking the doorway of emergence to who we are!
